1980s Bungalow
Extension & Full Dormer Attic Conversion

A recently completed transformation of a 1980s bungalow, delivering more downstairs space and a full dormer attic conversion for additional living accommodation. The rear & side extension enlarges the main living areas and strengthens the connection to the garden. Above, the attic was fully converted into bright, functional rooms within the existing roof structure. New stairs, improved circulation and reworked openings ensure both new levels feel naturally integrated with the original home.

Living experience

The home now functions as a comfortable two-level family house, with expanded living space downstairs and flexible extra rooms upstairs for sleeping, study or play.
