What is the SEAI
One-Stop Shop Scheme?
One Stop Shops offer homeowners all the services required for a complete home energy upgrade. As a registered provider, Lough Projects will manage the entire process for you, from the initial assessment of your home, through to the final BER. Lough Projects will also manage any additional home renovations that you require.

Measures covered by grants
The table below shows the SEAI grant values available for common energy upgrade works. Lough Projects will automatically deduct these grant amounts from your quotation.
Grants are funded by the Government of Ireland through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).
These grants are only available under the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme (One-Stop Shop Scheme)

From first conversation to handover

Initial Consultation
We start by understanding your home and your goals.
You complete our online enquiry form and speak with a member of our team. We arrange a consultation call and confirm a date for your on-site survey.
Survey
We assess the property in detail.
A full site survey is carried out at your home. We prepare and issue a clear scope of works along with a detailed quotation.
Pre-Project Kick Off
Everything is agreed before work begins.
The scope of works is approved, your contract is issued and we agree the commencement date so you know exactly when work will start.
Works Undertaken
Installation and quality control.
Our team completes the agreed work packages. Throughout delivery we carry out quality checks on all works undertaken.
Project Close
Handover and comfort.
You receive your final BER and completion pack. All documentation is handed over and the property is signed off — ready for you to enjoy a warmer, more efficient home.

ADDITIONAL
GRANTS
The Vacant Property Refurbishment Scheme provides a grant of up to €50,000 to renovate a property, and an additional top-up grant of up to €20,000 if the property is derelict. This grant can be combined with the One Stop Shop grant scheme, however it should be noted that you will need to apply for the Vacant Property grant on your own behalf.
