Lucan End-Terrace Renovation & Retrofit
We completed a full renovation and One Stop Shop retrofit on this end-terrace home in Lucan.
The works were delivered through the SEAI One Stop Shop pathway to improve energy performance, comfort and layout.
Result: BER uplift from D2 to A3.
Layout & interiors
The internal layout was flipped: the kitchen now sits to the rear overlooking the garden, and the sitting room was moved to the front. Upstairs, all internal walls were removed and rebuilt, and the entire floor was replastered.
Full rewire and replumb were completed as part of the renovation.
