Churchtown Renovation & Retrofit
Complete renovation of an early 1900s home in Churchtown, delivered alongside a modern red brick extension.
The project included a full One Stop Shop retrofit to improve energy performance, comfort and long-term resilience.
Result: BER uplift from E to A2.
Conservation-led construction
We retained key period features, commissioning specialists to replicate original covings and cornices and protecting the original flooring and stairs throughout works.
