A modern home renovation with the focus on making a highly energy efficient property, this project involved completely renovating both the interior and exterior of the home. This required significant demolition and reconstruction work.

In addition to the interior renovation, we built a stunning modern extension that opened up and added on an incredible entertaining space to the existing structure. The extension included a spacious open-plan living area with a sky light feature that flooded the home with natural light.

This project seen us bring this home from a BER ‘C’ to an ‘A’ rating, ensuring a warmer and more comfortable energy efficient home for the future. As part of our commitment to energy efficiency, we installed both external and internal insulation, underfloor heating with heat pump and solar panels.

One of the standout features of this project was the installation of a floating staircase that added a touch of elegance as soon as you enter the home. Our team worked closely with the homeowners to understand their vision and to design an overall space that allows functionality, is visually stunning and uses high-quality materials.
